Brand New Gameplay Unveiled For Orbitals - A Co-Op Adventure Launching Exclusively on Switch 2

Starting off this morning's Nintendo Partner Direct, Shapefarm and Kepler Interactive provided a brand new trailer that showed more gameplay for Orbitals, a new co-op adventure that is coming exclusively to Nintendo Switch 2 this Summer.

Orbitals has you take control of the friend duo of Maki and Omura as they take to the stars in a last-ditch effort to save their home from a dangerous cosmic storm. Pilot their spaceship through asteroid fields, journey through dangerous caverns, go head-to-head in unique minigames, and use your wits to overcome every obstacle that pops up in their path. To help you accomplish those things, Maki and Omura will have a variety of tools at their disposal to help them on their adventure:

• The Scrap Hook – grapple and move platforms with ease, creating new routes for your partner to leap to

• The Liquid Launcher – blast a stream of pressured water to activate far-off mechanisms and cool down hot surfaces

• The Beam Cannon – unleash a highly-concentrated stream of intense heat to destroy obstacles and even melt metal obstacles

Why We're Excited

Kepler Interactive has been publishing some of the most unique titles over the past few years, and Orbitals looks like it will continue the trend. The visuals are breathtaking, and I am always looking for co-op games that I can play with my nieces and this seems to be a perfect fit!
