Saltstone Studio Reveals New Story-Focused Restaurant Management RPG The Hearth & Harbour

Indie narrative label Fellow Traveller and The Pale Beyond developer Saltstone Studio has just revealed their new story-focused restaurant management RPG, The Hearth & Harbour. Restore a run-down restaurant in the face of a looming war when the game arrives on PC.

The Hearth & Harbour is set in the same time and universe as The Pale Beyond, and you’re tasked with deciding the fate of the rundown restaurant The Silver Spoon. You’ve arrived in the harbor city of Lewthport, having left your life and home country behind, and aim to find a new home for yourself in a place where everyone knows everyone and the community is strong.

In the game players will choose how to weave themselves into the fabric of the town. What you can put on your menu will depend on the connections you build with the townsfolk and the relationships that you have with them. You’ll decide whether to transform The Silver Spoon into a bustling bistro or a humble greasy diner, sourcing produce at the market, hiring staff, and shaping decor. Balance it all through turn-based tactical gameplay keeping guests, staff and your bank balance in a good place while every choice draws you deeper into the lives of the locals.

The Hearth & Harbour does not yet have a release date but you can wishlist the game on Steam to keep up to date on future news.
