Fourth Wall Breaking Action RPG Downhill Launches Demo and Kickstarter Campaign

The three-woman team at Sisterhood Games just launched yesterday the first demo for their debut game, DOWNHILL. Alongside the demo, the studio has launched a Kickstarter campaign to help raise funds for the game’s continued development. 

This story is about a girl with a voice in her head - you are that voice. With Fade in grave danger, cornered on the mountain’s peak, her fate appears sealed. Then you take control. But Fade is very much aware of you. In DOWNHILL, you control Fade, except you can talk to her at any time and she will talk back to you.

Your adventure will be shaped by your relationship with Fade. The choices you make will determine if you have a beautiful friendship or are you strictly an authority over her. Players will stop time and Nightwalk between realities, deliver swift death with a bloody saber pulled from Fade’s eye, cross paths with the strange denizens of this world and decide whether the mental anguish of being resurrected again and again is a price you’re willing to force Fade to pay for an easier ride.
