There's An Adorable Paper Mario-Inspired Cookbook in the Works That Just Launched Its Kickstarter Campaign

JobJobLLC, the team behind The Legend’s Cookbook together with Matthew Taranto, the artist behind Brawl in the Family have come together to launch a Kickstarter campaign for an upcoming book, Paper Plates, inspired by Paper Mario. 

Paper Plates is an unofficial hardcover book that features 35 original recipes, over 100 pages of full-color art and more. Each page mixes real recipes with the series’ signature jokes, puns and storybook visuals. Stretch goals will add even more recipes, art and a few fun little secrets hidden in the book.

The Kickstarter also includes themed rewards including: 

• A denim “overall” apron with a front utensil pocket

• A “Flour Saver” enamel pin and sticker sheet with new artwork

• A kitchen conversation poster designed to fit the Paper Mario style
