Developer brlka and publisher Ysbryd Games have announced that LOVE ETERNAL, a horror platformer, is launching on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on February 19th, 2026, for $9.99 USD.

In LOVE ETERNAL you play as Maya, a teenager who goes from taking part in an ordinary and unexciting family dinner to a waking nightmare in an alternate dimension in a matter of moments. Players will have to navigate through “puzzle-like challenges” in a labyrinthine castle by jumping and using her newfound ability to flip gravity in midair. You can check out Maya manipulating gravity in the release date announcement trailer below.

Toby Alden, designer at brlka, had this to say about the genre mashup “We wanted to explore the subtler aspects of psychological horror with LOVE ETERNAL, and tried to imbue every scene and environment with a sense of unease that was unmistakable, but impossible to put your finger on. Everyone who's tried the game so far has felt it, and we're really excited for players to experience how uniquely unnerving it is.

Why We're Excited

After seeing the initial announcement trailer in June of 2024, this has been one of our most anticipated games in the indie space. The striking visual identity mixed with the incredible genre mash up of a horror platformer is right up our alley. The gravity manipulation mechanic is also a super fun way to make a platformer stand out amongst the rest.
