Developer Mimmox Reveals Upcoming Food Puzzle Game UMAMI

Developer Mimmox recently revealed its debut title, the cozy 3D food puzzle game, UMAMI. This multi-course meal has players completing 15 handcrafted and hand-painted dioramas where they’ll have to affix wooden blocks to a 3D board, rotating, tinkering and testing different placements. 

Players will build mouthwatering dishes like fluffy pancakes, sugary snacks, onigiri and more. UMAMI is designed to be a soothing experience with puzzles that feature no timers, no pressure and no warning of wrong moves. 

UMAMI is set to release later this year on PC. A demo for the game will be available soon as part of Steam Next Fest (June 2025). Wishlist UMAMI on Steam to keep up to date on future announcements.
