Trust Your Ears in Audio-Driven Horror Game Cling to Blindness on Steam Today
PLAYSIM, the Japanese publishing company is continuing to roll out its fall line up with the release of Cling to Blindness today. From developer Lizardy, Cling to Blindness tests players' hearing by forcing them to navigate a mysterious village and perform rituals solely relying on sounds from the environment.
Featuring a fully audio-driven design with only simple visual interfaces for controls and menus, Cling to Blindness is accessible for players who are visually impaired. Players use the mouse to progress through the game. Moving the mouse allows players to progress through the game by changing the player’s perspective and helping to locate where sounds are coming from. There are no jumpscares here, though, just tension caused by the perceived sounds from the game.
The English version of the game features voice actors Anya Floris in the role of Satsuki and Soness Stevens as The Guide.
Players can grab Cling to Blindness on Steam now for $5.99.
