There Are No Ghosts at the Grand Mixes Horror, Musicals and Mysteries in Its New Demo Available Now

Developer Friday Sundae has just released the demo for their upcoming title There Are No Ghosts at the Grand. The demo gives players a hands-on look at this unique mash up that blends together renovation sims, comedies, horrors and music. 

In the game, you inherit a crumbling English hotel, tasked with restoring it by day and battling ghosts by night. With a sardonic cat, a talking power tool and a supernatural plot, this title has many secrets waiting to be discovered.

At night, you’ll unleash your vacuum on vengeful spirits, expose invisible assailants with the paint sprayer, or subdue them with a well-aimed bookcase using your furniture canon. The more you explore, the more you’ll uncover about the hidden Lovecraftian mysteries that are afoot. 

There Are No Ghosts at the Grand is set to launch in 2026 for PC and Xbox Series X/S and will be available on Xbox Game Pass day one. Additional platforms are to be announced at a later date. You can check out the demo on Steam now.
