Developer Hypnohead has just announced that its upcoming roguelite kingdom builder The King is Watching is headed to PC this July. After receiving 200k wishlists on Steam, the team is ready to have players take charge of their fearsome kingdom. 

In The King is Watching you will rule with an iron gaze, keeping the King’s eyes on his royal subjects to ensure they serve him justly. Maintain order on this spin on the base-building genre with roguelite elements that offer replayability. Monitor productions, form an army and reign supreme. 

There is much you’ll have to manage as you build your kingdom. Construct buildings, prepare combat-ready soldiers, procure enough food for your denizens and much more. Explore the world and assemble multiple kingdoms across vast biomes each providing distinct challenges. Protect the realm or conquer it, the choice is yours. 

The King is Watching launches on PC this July. It will be available in English, German, Russian, French, Spanish (EU), Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, Ukrainian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Wishlist now to stay up to date on future announcements.
