Puzzle Adventure Chess Game Beyond the Board Drops a New Demo on Steam

Fragile Shapes Studio has just announced that its minimalist puzzle adventure game Beyond the Board is headed to Steam very soon. A brand new demo for the game has just dropped on Steam and gives players a first look at its shifting landscapes, defying puzzles and quiet mysteries. 

Beyond the Board is based in a surreal, chess-inspired world where you’ll guide a lone Rook through the land of shifting tiles searching for answers and for the rest of your party as you solve puzzles within the game’s existential maze. 

Beyond the Board breaks the boundaries of the chessboard with pieces defying the grid and puzzles twisting your perception. The path forward is anything but linear and players do not require any knowledge of the game of chess.
