Narrative Puzzler After Light Fades Launches June 20th

Developer Orchid of Redemption has just announced its upcoming narrative puzzle game After Light Fades will launch on Steam June 20th, 2025 with a 10% launch week discount. 

After Light Fades follows Alice, a grieving woman who is navigating a surreal world shaped by her loss. After the death of her partner Aura, Alice discovers seven artefacts, each tied to a memory. Alice will venture across seven ethereal puzzle worlds solving sokoban-style challenges.

The game blends traditional sokoban puzzle design with a magical toolkit of interconnected systems such as mirrors, magnets, vines, clones and more. Every interaction reflects Alice’s journey and symbolizes the grief she feels.

Players will have access to the game’s full level editor with Steam Workshop support, which will allow the community to build and share their own puzzle creations.
