Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault Gets Delayed to November

The team at Digital Sun announced today that they have decided to delay Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault due to an “overcrowded October.” The new date has moved to November 19th and comes with the news that the team will run Closed Playtests on Steam and via the Microsoft Store allowing players to see some of the changes they’ve implemented to the game so far.

In Moonlighter 2, you live the double life of a fearless adventurer and a crafty merchant. Jump into vibrant dimensions brimming with loot and, of course, enemies to defend it. Grow your shop, tinker with weapons and gadgets and make your mark among a community of castaways.

The game will launch into Early Access with the core gameplay loop. Players will explore dungeons, gather loot and run their shops. The team aims to add additional features before 1.0 launch including: additional environments to explore, more enemies, bosses and loot, expanded shop systems, new NPC, quests and story moments and other quality of life improvements.

Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault is available to wishlist on Steam now and will now release on November 19th, 2025.
