Monochromatic Bite-Sized Adventure, Lelu, Just Got Its First Demo

Solo developer Jamie Rowan has just announced the release of the first demo for Lelu, an upcoming monochromatic action-adventure game. Play as a small clockwork toy who gains consciousness and desires freedom. Explore the toy factory avoiding and taking out dangers along the way.

In the game, players will navigate their way through The Toy Factory, a labyrinthian tower filled with puzzles and traps set by the factory’s eccentric guardian. Players must use their wits and agility to overcome challenges, from conveyor belts and electrifying circuits to sentient toys and towering titans.

As players explore deeper, they’ll uncover hidden abilities to help them in their quest as well as a variety of secrets and other toys sharing a desire for freedom.

Lelu is set to release in early 2026. Players can wishlist the game on Steam now.
