Lost and Found Co. Demo Preview | Where Are You Hiding?
I’ve been following Lost and Found Co. for a little while as someone who loves hidden object games. So when it was featured in this year’s Wholesome Snack, announcing a February release, I felt like it was about time to jump into the demo to get a taste of what’s to come early next year.
In the game, you play as Ducky, a duck-turned-human intern at a company owned by the Goddess Mei. This company is a startup dedicated to finding lost items for people. Easy enough, right? Well, except for the fact that this world is full to the brim with creatures, people, objects and more, making finding things quite a challenge.
What I found most fun about Lost and Found Co 's demo right from the very start, was how much story there is that really helps bring to life this colorful world. You’ll meet lots of different characters, some that need your help and some that are there to help you, as you get started with your new intern life. At your home base you can even buy furniture and decorate your own room for a comfy home away from home.
When you’re in a level, just like a classic hidden object game, you’ll see the objects you need to find at the bottom of the screen. You can scroll around each location to find the objects with just your own awesome eyes or you can click each object to get a hint to help you find it. Additionally, there are special black and white objects that turn into icky creatures that will give players an additional hint to help with finding items.
In each level there are many things that players can interact with that can open, shake, move, and more. Some will reveal objects you may be looking for and some might uncover secrets and surprises. There’s loads to see in each level and the demo gives players a big glimpse into quite a handful of them.
Lost and Found Co. is shaping up to be an incredibly fun hidden object game. Be sure to wishlist the game to stay up to date on future news and look out for it’s full release February 11th, 2026.
