Dinovania Primal Planet Releases Later This Month

Developer Seethingswarm has just announced the release date for its story rich 2D platforming Metroidvania, Primal Planet. Set to release on July 28th, 2025, a brand new trailer for the game shows off new biomes, an expanded bestiary of dinosaurs, never before seen gameplay sequences and a look into the game’s wordless yet emotional story. 

In Primal Planet, you play as a prehistoric dad, willing to give everything to protect your family. The game is about parenthood, sacrifice and hope, told entirely without dialogue, through animation, gameplay and music. 

The game will have players encounter a vast array of dinosaurs from the majestic Apatosaurus to the terrifying Carnotaurus. Option local co-op lets a second player join as a small dinosaur sidekick or other character!
