Cozy Horror Game Gloomy Eyes Has Just Been Revealed

Untold Tales and Atlas V, Fishing Cactus, 3DAR and ARTE France have teamed up to bring the wonderfully grim story of Gloomy Eyes to players. Gloomy Eyes is an adaptation and expansion of an award-winning VR experience that came out in 2019.

A single-player “self-coop” cozy horror adventure, Gloomy Eyes has players alternating between controlling Gloomy and Nene, two unique characters as they embark on a journey to bring sunlight back to a world plunged into bitter darkness. Each character has their own unique abilities and notable weaknesses, so they’ll need to work together to overcome the world’s many obstacles.

The game features Tim Burton-esque visual aesthetics, reminiscent of Corpse Bride and The Nightmare Before Christmas.
