Comedy Horror My Friendly Neighborhood Hits Consoles This Week
Developer siblings John and Evan Syzmanski alongside indie horror publisher DreadXP are celebrating the two year anniversary of the release of their first person comedy horror game My Friendly Neighborhood by announcing that the game will be coming to consoles on July 17th, 2025. The game will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S and will also be available on Game Pass for Xbox and Windows.
In My Friendly Neighborhood, Handyman Gordon was called into the studio behind the once-beloved puppet show, The Friendly Neighborhood after the show began mysteriously airing on televisions across the globe. Soon, Gordon finds that the puppets have come to life and they’re not so friendly.
As Gordon, you’ll be tasked with using a variety of letter-based weapons, solving perplexing puzzles, organizing an intricate inventory and getting to the bottom of the return of this one-family-friendly television transmission.
The console version of the game now features a post-game Neighborhorde mode! My Friendly Neighborhood is available now on Steam and will launch on consoles on July 17th. The game is available to wishlist now on all platforms.
