We aim to give indie games the visibility they deserve while fostering a community of developers, players, and enthusiasts who share a passion for the indie scene.
Consisting of a team with deep experience across event production, game marketing, content creation, and games media, Six One Indie is more than just a platform—it’s a catalyst. Whether through our showcases or our publishing efforts, we’re dedicated to ensuring indie games thrive in a competitive industry, and that the voices of developers, both emerging and established, are heard loud and clear.
The Six One Indie Showcase aims to offer promotional opportunities to indie developers that may not have the means to highlight their games within the traditional showcase ecosystem of the industry. What began as a small DIY passion project has blossomed into a professionally produced premiere presentation while maintaining the zero-barriers, zero-cost values in benefit of the developers.
Each Showcase features never-before-seen world premieres, digital showcase debuts, and exclusive news from indie developers and publishers from across the globe. Once the Showcase ends, audiences are able to delve deeper with developer interviews, hands-on previews, and the Six One Indie Showcase Steam Event featuring discounts and demos from participants.
The upcoming Six One Indie Showcases will be held in late spring and early fall of 2025.
The Indie Game Awards is an annual awards-only event designed to honor excellence in indie gaming, featuring categories that highlight innovation, storytelling, artistry, and more. With developers at the forefront, The IGAs spotlight the most compelling and groundbreaking titles from around the world.
The IGAs are built on the foundation of genuine collaboration, bringing together voices from games media, content creators, showcases, and game development who hold a shared passion for independent games. At the heart of the ceremony are the developers themselves, who remain the focal point as we celebrate their creativity and contributions to the gaming world.
The Indie Game Awards 2025 will be held in December.
