11 bit studios Just Had Its First Showcase with Details on The Alters, Frostpunk 2 and More

Today, 11 bit studios hosted its first digital showcase which gave players a closer look at updates, new trailers and behind-the-scenes looks at both internally developed and published titles. Some of the highlights of the show included major content drops for The Alters and Frostpunk 2 as well as two new trailers for Death Howl which launches tomorrow December 9th.

Players of The Alters will be happy to hear about its first free major content update which introduces players to the highly requested Relax Mode and Photo Mode, alongside a revamped saving system that allows saving on exit and during key gameplay moments. The update also adds a card-based mini-game, a new black-and-white noir-styled story mission, and more. 

Frostpunk 2 has just launched its first DLC as well, titled Fractured Utopias, which reforges the Utopia Builder Mode and lands simultaneously with the game's recently released console version. Frostpunk 2 will receive a batch of new free content included in the latest game update. 

Additionally, Death Howl, the deck-builder infused with soulslike elements, which launces tomorrow, December 9th, got two brand new trailers. Console players can grab the game when it launches on consoles February 19th, 2026.
